by Alex Tesla
Did you ever ask yourself, why do you blog, or why do you have to? Nowadays on the Web you will find more than 70 million weblogs, and it’s interesting to know exactly what reasons do they really go after?

Until lately, to make money on-line wasn’t easy for individuals like us. 4-5 years ago it was difficult to earn something on the Net till the Web 2.0 era had arrived. The sole way which could assist us in that time had been website creating, it’s promotion, and selling of marketing products.

These days every thing changed. Blog fever amplifies day by day, and everyone, who heard something about weblogs, wants to have one. So, why? Lets try to make some sense.

1. Glory

The vanity was, is and will always be. Whether or not its needed, are we surprised that people wish to be famous? Look at the number of incredible people you know since you have loved blogging. Seth Godin, Steve Pavlina, Darren Rowse… Would you ever know them if not for weblogs?

2. Self-expression

Many individuals are blogging simply because it gives them some charge of energy. I created this blog simply because I just wanted to share my thoughts… Why not? And there are guys, who are the professionals in different spheres, but they do not have another opportunity of expression. The internet is the best instrument for individuals like us.

3. Job

For many, blogging is really a real time job. Businesses are employing individuals to write about their new products and their announcements. Like I wrote in my post Occupation Blogger, the middle salary of such a blogger in the US is equal to $2.5-3 thousand monthly.

4. Sale of your own products

Through the Web, we can start selling our products globally from the minute they are created. Particularly if we have a digital product like an e-book or useful software program, the Internet is the best that we can use. And people utilize it. Weblogs help to realize these purposes.

5. Sale of affiliate products

Recently, appeared brand new techniques, which help anyone to market affiliate products with the help of weblogs. Check this out.

6. To help another

Yes, yes, yes… And why not? I found many weblogs of family doctors, radio engineering and even workers of the zoo that are writing about what we should do in different situations.

7. Money Making On-line

And eventually individuals are blogging for the sake of cash. Look at John Chow, if to be honest, I’m not against that my weblog brings me $18,000. But while I have no such purpose. And John isn’t by himself. For many people blogging is really a big business. I read somewhere, that Engadget makes more than $100,000 monthly. You probably agree with me, that these people do not have any monetary problems. :)

Everyone of us have various views, but they are all the same, because blogging joins us. Let’s create weblogs, promote them and enjoy this process, because it provides us big opportunities in our lives. From Artem Belinskiy. www.earnexperience.com
